With 20 years in the field, I am an experienced communications and technical professional with a proven history of developing effective strategies for digital content.
I blend UX strategy with thoughtful, intuitive UI design as part of my user-centered mindset. I’m also dedicated to WCAG compliance, ensuring digital spaces are accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to all.
Over the years, I’ve applied my skills across a range of projects, including the selection and implementation of a new content management system, major web and database infrastructure upgrades, and an IT Cyber Risk Mitigation initiative focused on securing and migrating IT services.
