I currently work in higher education where I set the strategic vision for the university's web presence. I possess a master's in information science with a focus on human-computer interaction, providing me the framework to blend UX strategy with UI design to make complex systems feel intuitive. In addition, I possess a master's of education in instructional systems technology which has helped me to understand how people learn and the art of using technology to make the process more efficient, engaging, and accessible.

I also hold a Trusted Tester Certificate which validates my ability to conduct manual accessibility audits to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Compliance isn't just about meeting a legal requirement, though. It’s a commitment to providing the best user experience for all.

My work over the years has included managing CMS migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and the creation of custom dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
